This website is operated by Viewpoint Consulting LLC, based in Frederick, Maryland (“Viewpoint”, “we”, “us”). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@viewpointit.com.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, area of interest and your message, together with the date, time and page the form was sent from. We do not ask for, and you should not send, controlled unclassified information (CUI), classified information or other sensitive data through the website.
Booking a consultation
The “Schedule a Consultation” buttons open our Google Calendar appointment page. Details you enter there are collected through Google and handled under Google’s privacy policy as well as this one.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask about and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
How it is stored and shared
Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in the website’s database. Our website host and email provider process this data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and embedded content
The website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Training videos embedded from YouTube may set cookies when you play them; YouTube’s privacy policy applies to those. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete them.
